3. Criminal record (felonies)- All applicants and occupants who have been determined to have a criminal conviction or current indictment for possesion,sale,manufacture or distribution of a controlled substance (drugs),prostitution, theft, burglary, felony, or for any crime against persons or properties.
2012 UPDATE:
This is pretty much how at least one good, solid management company will look at your application. Some other communities, especially class A properties will be tougher, others will be easier....depends. If you score over 12 you pass and will most likely qualify for this companies apartments.
